'parc' is doing first class business only and provides first class services to us (the pilots). No problems at all and if any minor ones, they were solved asap. My own personal experience after flying with/for them more than a year. A great company !
If You can work with/for 'parc' then you might be a lucky guy. They take more care about your well-being, than most of all the "established" airlines do.
