Wrong answer. The first fpl is correct unless a correct version or cancellation is sent, that is why we received duff info from MS the other night. We were given an overflight when the tfc was landing DB - well done and thanks.
traffic off course by 160nm is NOT an RNP problem. What action did you take against this incident, my guess nothing. We have in the past grounded aircraft for not being able to follow instruction due to poor english - what are you doing about it? Our supervisors work there butts off filling in forms in an attempt to ensure some level of compliance in the industry and region. Our neighbours fiddle while rome burns. If each fir in this region would follow the uae example it would take no time for levels of compliance and discipline to improve. In fact, if they had been doing this from the onset the uae would not have to go to extreme methods to achieve a goal every one desires.

Where do you draw the line between service provision and safety. You sound like an old school atco, doesn't matter how they get there as long as they get there, right??
The provision of safety is the primary objective in our industry, surely by trying to ensure some level of compliance by operators and other atc providers is a long term benefit?
Imagine going to work and all fpls are filed and are correct, our workload would be drastically reduced and maybe we get get on with working the traffic and not the problems.
