Any dead heading/ paxing will be in Economy Class. You should also know that paxing attracts no credits for pay either.


contract actually reads 10 days per 6 months! This is probably the piece de resistance. Read it and understand it. The company "will do its best" to ensure you have days off at home. Anyone who's worked for a big company will realise the implications of this. They will use this to suit.

A guaranteed 10 days at home every 6 months. All other days off potentially down the line.

Make no mistake, the QF management will use the award to the nth degree. Every future a/c type for the QF group has the spectre of this award hanging over it.
Based on the way this was accepted by the J* pilots, any improvements in the future will be hard fought. To say the least.

The only saving grace is that it is so bad that eventually no-one will be interested. In the mean time....
