I understand that FRI 3 is on its way as an attempt to stem the outflow of trained pilots. I believe that it will be carefully targetted so I would
guess that you can expect it to be targetted at FJ and Helo mates and probably at Flt Lt rank. Sadly I am probably too old for this one
