I would say that aviance are ripping you off terribly with the de icing. Iv'e seen them de-ice the whole 737(wings,stab,tail and fuselage) when theres been just frost,also de-icing when not necessary with no other airlines de-icing.It must be costing baby a fortune with the 5 A/C at bhx.
