If you are genuinely interested in joining EK (gulp!), i'd suggest to wait until end of April. Once the profit share, the new salaries (increase), the new housing allowance are out, only then the picture is complete.
From inside: If it's not 6 weeks bonus, at least 12% salay increase (+3% annual increase) and at least 20% more on housing allowance, then stay where you are.
