given a pass that says it's ok for this person to visit the flight deck. I'm sure it would be down to the individual to pay the admin costs for such a scheme.
There are 2 known ways to acheive this pass. Integrated and modular
The pass (licence) you refer to is the green one that once you've got doesn't seem to let you off the flight deck!! Funny how the whole thing works.
