For the FAA version, you should be able to go to
www.faa.gov, go to the current list of advisory circulars and check out AC 120-40B:
http://www.airweb.faa.gov/Regulatory...A?OpenDocument which is the FAAs guidance for sim qualification. The rules are fairly similar, though, as you'd expect.
