I have attended one of the forums, quite interesting.
Looks like back pay will be paid next month then after that we will get the 3%pay rise as part of the interim arrangements until new EBA certified. Some new work rules will also be finalised mid May for us to have a look at.
The new PBS system sounds far better than the current one. Possibly starting out with 20 bids per month then maybe increasing. Also the possible introduction of Flexible Work Arrangements, where you can pick up or drop work, this will not be replacing part-time.
Just a note, Cabin Crew work rules have not been finalised yet, so don't believe what the pilots are telling you. VB understand that being on your feet all day looking after the punters is different to sitting down, asking for tea and coffee.
I'll make up my own mind about CAP 371 fatigue management system when I see some data, but all involved think it will be positive. Have to wait and see.
They are planning other forums in July to go through rosters and pairings under new FMS. So stay tuned.
