Can I add some questions, rather than start a new thread please?? I am an ex-mil helicopter pilot, 5000 hrs+, currently in police aviation. I have an unfrozen ATPL (A) but my IR ran out over a year ago.
Does an IR need to be current before Easy will offer an interview? Does it need to be current to be offered employment?
The reason I ask is that I am prepared to renew, but if I get turned down, I probably will stick with helicopters, so renewal would be a waste. Not really interested in any other outfit at the moment.
