Hmmmmm.....same thing happened when I was working for FCA.
And, on top of that, you were required to count your money BEFORE check-in!!! I used to feel very uncomfortable as, since I couldn't have a credit/debit card yet, I had to carry lots of money on me for LH trips.
I used to hate counting and writing down ON THE BRIEFING ENVELOPE how much money I had. HATED IT SO MUCH!!!
