Thanks for the post RE the union and it's actions at the moment. Thinking about it i'm sure your fighting our corner for us! On the most part the whole thing is intrusive but on the other part I can also see that as it stands and when the new system comes in anyone that doesn't fill in the form can easily have the finger pointed at them if the bar is down so it does provide some protection. maybe in the future it'll take a bit of backing down from both sides to reach an agreement on it.
Again thanks for that post it's made me feel a lot less frustrated with the whole thing knowing it's being looked into
Also thanks for the other posts, it's nice to know it's not just us that feel this way and i appreciate why ppl also think it's a good idea, partly i agree.
We just need to find an even ground
