Been agreed by the Union, so I am led to believe, to start to recruit from outside of NATS direct to certain airports. I do believe Manc is included which as per usual is p**s poor as plenty of us mere mortals would accept a posting to the higher echelons of the NATS banding system but allegedly we cannot be released!
From a brief we had and I quote, "
the process cannot begin until such time as we are able to ascertain whether there are any other staff within NATS who would like to come to us or the other units approved to recruit externally".
