Philippine Airlines, The Brown Out is On.
1. Do not fly direct routing
2. Do not take intersection take offs
3. Fly the published instrument approach. No visual approaches
4. No deferment of writing of aircraft discrepancies into logbook.
I have only talked to a few pilots and will be getting more aboard.
