That would depend on the details of the job offer I suspect. Do they say "you have a job
on the condition that you get an endorsement", or do they say, "You have a job, go get an endorsement."?
At what stage do you sign the employment contract?
Has this been tested by anyone yet? By that, I mean, has anyone claimed, been audited by the ATO, and had it found as a legitimate claim?
