At AO we can't land from a trip at 05.30 and then fly again the same night.
I find it hard to beleive that a ground school is nearing completion. It's still around 7mths til they start flying.....and given no one has heard anything, I think you will find that that is gossip.
And if it was galley gossip, you will probably find it's just that.....like the hilarious one we got asked by QF crew when we landed in Hong Kong the other day in passing......"so we heard all of you at AO were offered redundencies and are taking them"
However Phuket does seem like a likely choice for JQ I and possibly Honolulu.
