Sorry to hear that management is no good, but hey, aren't all low cost operators the same in that department...
I do speak german, however I am not a German national.
From what you tell me, I am only really impressed with the amount of days allocated to holidays, since most contract jobs these days they offer something like 15, yes 15days off per year, and 8 days off per 28 days roster-period.
The pay does not impress, and I would certainly not like to be driving all over Germany all summer.
