Well guess what 320....at one point all of us didnt have experience, its up to you to go out and get it, if you say its too hard then mayby you should look at another profession
David, luke is right, recruitment is running red hot in the UK at the moment..you need to think of a few ways to get yourself to the head of the queue, with your experience I think a personal visit to some of these operators will do the job. But its up to you
