Aileron you really must have a screw loose if you are thinking of giving up a 75/76 command in the uk to join EK
DEC's are not wanted or needed in EK you will not be made welcome by the people you fly with who are being shafted by guys like you.
This may seem harsh but its is the reality i'm afraid.
