ZOMP, are you mad, either you are not on the same planet or you left about 5 years ago or finally ek has sent you round the bend.
For the initial poster, i would stay where you are. You WILL do 90-100 hrs every month no matter which fleet they put you on, struggle to get any leave and be so f##ked you will not be up for much on your 8-9 days off a month.
