Ryanair 5/4 Roster & 5% Pay Deal?
Persistent rumours in Scandinavia that Ryanair are considering changing their roster from 5/3 (5 on - 3 off) to 5/4, because many Pilots idle 4-6 weeks every year when they hit the 900 hrs. maximum.
Can anyone confirm or deny this ?
