Yes, Karen was an Admin (Trainer) for a while before transferring to the Legal Branch. She used to help us out on the Senior Officers' Media courses at sunny Halton in the days when I was paid to simulate asking senior officers rude questions on-camera (note to self, stop doing it now, you don't do that job and your'e off-camera) and Karen was brilliant at putting the "knife in" as any attractive female journalist would with a macho senior flyboy who tried the "don't worry about this babe you wouldn't understand" approach. I might add that all the really sharp operators never fell for this line even from Karen!
