It wouldn't surprise me if somewhere down the track AO does become one with QF, BUT it will be the QF crew who drop down to the AO pay and conditions. My understanding (and I hope I'm wrong) is that under the new Workplace BS, if a company is merging two different sections into one, then they are able to apply the conditions and pay of either section to everyone - ie: the lowest/worst... Anyone else know anything about this?
