FYI,
CASA regs do not cover cabin crew rest breaks as they are not prescribed by law. They are negotiated by EBA! This has been a long standing contentious issue along with the push for cabin crew licensing.
Maybe the FAAA could spend a little time and money on those type of worthwhile projects rather than other lost causes (eg LAX accom)
