Coming back at this since there has been no reply from Cuillin: In the days before the internet there is no doubt that the RAF guys perhaps had the advantage of crewroom banter, or scroggs's "grapevine", to get a vague idea of what they were in for, but certainly not detailed info such as "interview questions" and" maths tests".
