This ATO circular is an added security for those who newly joined the airline, adding up to the lengthy 5 year service. No complains for the new joiners, i bet..., but for the rest of them, its a chain wrapped around their necks worn comparable to prisoners or criminals during medieval times. What a clever, evil idea.!...National interest?!. No no no ! Company interest, YES YES YES !!!
