you cant undo 35 or so amendments to the original bid system. however you may be able to limit trips AND put an instant online trip swap system in place. as long as the minimum turn arounds are not infringed you should be able to instantly swap with open time or other f/a's triops online. there is no perfect system but this could help PRA's if f/a's can swap online. they may sometimes not get there perfect choice but second choice is sometimes good enough.
