Night mail flights operate from EDI, NCL, STN, EXT and BFS. Recent expansion at NCL and BLK, hence the vacancies but not much if any at EDI. Not sure about other bases but many Capt's at MAN live away and commute. Just depends if you can live with the hassle of being away from family, hours on the road and paying to rent somewhere at your base??
