Thanks for the feedback, i reckon your spot on. I have NO doubt that i would be under some serious scrutiny by all the crew. I do understand the whole CSS/CSM thing and have total respect for the position of a L/H CSM.
But on the same hand, it certainly wasnt me who decided that overnight a CSM S/H could become a L/H CSM, and that is one point that i hope the crew would take on.
It is something that i am toying with and certainly interested in, at the end of the day i guess i would have to work hard to earn the respect of my crew. And thats the case no matter what division you fly in!
