I fail to see how the new 'In the Zone' service would contribute to people leaving. Are you suggesting that because you terribly overworked L/H crew have to now hand out a hot towel to Y class pax that this will cause a mass exodus? That's all this new 'In the Zone' service is !! The new apron, scarf/tie for CSS's and PA's are nothing to be worried about. Hardly thought it would push any of you over the edge.
