Overseas base crew laws
Yes AKL base crews are governed by CASA regulations when onboard however we are also under NZ labour law and Heal and safety Ie OHS which is OSH in NZ..
Also we are covered by the ACC similar to work cover in OZ..
As for the unions for those some who were to careless to read by previous post we are part of FARSA and are working to make our conditions better and somewhat more rewarding if you can out it that way..
