You poor bastards, your stuck with a "cost centre/profit centre" model. Cost and profit allocation in an airline is a blood sport, as is the setting of internal charges. You need a very good understanding of fixed and variable, direct and indirect costs to play this game, and from the sound of it, your $75.10 washer indicates something is wrong.
