if our mate dixson complains about how much it costs to run heavy maint why is it that every part we order from stores we order cost $75 and if we send it back on a UCR then it costs another $75. so a .10 cent washer costs us $75.10.
go figure.
the other week when the D-check was canx it cost Heavy Maint over $50,000 more than likely $70,000. just in receiving and sending these items back for heavy maint (maybe it was a poly to push up the costs to justify what they are planning)
every time we log in to the computer system that QF gave us ( one that does not work) it costs engineering .30 cents works out to be around $50,000+ a week.
with these things over our heads no wonder it costs so much.
