There is a procedure in place for the sale of aviation fuel to non-public funded a/c although I can't remember the exact details off the top of my head.

Its very similar to the process used to claim monies for services back from visiting foreign military a/c.

I'll see if I can find out anything useful at work tonight although I can't make any promises from a night shift.

Otherwise can I suggest you contact a F&L section on one of the larger stations (Brize for instance) and ask them. They deal with a lot of private a/c throughout the year and its no doubt a well known procedure.
