QCC and Frank i have to agree with you....The biggest promlem in any political organisation is infighting.
Look at the libs in the 80's they were in the same boat. and in the NSW state elections the libs seem as disjointed as labour is federally.
Unions are the same with different factions ( Moderate/Hardline/Soft or even plain morons lol ) all pushing in different directions.
Latham abd cream coudnt connect with average australians. Beazley does connect but they see him as yesterdays man.
Howard is just plain politically smarter and wilier than his opposition in labor and even within his own party. I think Australia is about to become more dog eat dog like america and its what we have voted for.

My grandfather always said your vote should be weighted in accordance with your IQ and the more intelligent you are the more your vote counts
That why in all the backward dumb ass states in america they vote republican and where people are better educated they are democrats.
As for australia.. the average aussie is only interested in his plasma tv and whether it will rain on the weekend
