Just to add to Cloud Cutter's post, J41 F/O's start on 34,500 (35,500 with ATPL's) and receive the 2 and 5 yearly pay increases also. Saying that, it is very unlikely that there will be anymore direct entry J41 F/O's for a while.
Progression from J31 to J41 is currently 9 to 18 months.
ALPA negotiations are currently underway. As you can all probably guess, the most talked about subject is more $$$$$$$$.
Now, if you want to look at the big picture, does it really matter how much more or less you get paid (compared to other regionals), as long as you are flying a turbo-prop in some form of airline it still has to be better than a PA28 in the circuit.
