If JQ want the AO crew to launch their international operations then they better start slotting the 300+ CNS based crew in for 330 training and endorsements. Dixon has said that JQ intl will not operate with 767's.
If JQ don't want the AO crew then they should have started hunting for language speaking crew along time ago. Language speakers are hard to find - hence why QF and AO are always recruiting for language speakers.
Why are people saying that AO will dissappear before the JQ INTL launch date ? Could it be that JQ INTL will start op's in SEP as stated and AO will still be running independently for the time being ? 4 x A330-200's can not cover the AO network. AO will still exist for the time being. I believe JQ INTL will start with its own launch crew.
MRSB2 - How is transferring from dom to intl ok and not the reverse ! Get on to it ! Maybe a chance to fly together ?
My wish is for AO to become a QF regional base - s/h and l/h flying. That is 300 less f/a's they have to worry about to crew the A380's.
