The only glimmer of hope would be if you are an ex-BA captain as these guys have been a great success for the company. We have a number of them who are straight off 747-400s and 777s - they are regarded as very capable and a delight to work with. Certainly last year we took a number of 55 year-old retiree BA captains but offsetting that is the much lower requirement for DECs this year.
Notwithstanding the above caveat, in the current financial climate and the company's stated aim of taking "less than 20" Airbus and no Boeing DECs this year, your chances of getting into easyJet as a DEC without an Airbus rating are very low.
