I'll have a guess as to what might happen...
4 A330-200s from QF go to JQ Intl. The 767s at AO return to the QF mainline fleet. So overall, no loss of capacity at QF.
DPS flights go to JQ, Japan flights back to QF.
Since the overall capacity at QF mainline remains pretty much unchanged - it doesn't leave much of an opening for the several hundred AO crew! However, JQ Intl will need about that many crew initially so i'm betting thats pretty much where you guys are going to end up...
