I doubt Air NZ will lay off any pilots. Some are up to nearly max. monthly hours, and wait for it, load factors on many sectors are way up, highest for a long time, according to info at hand. We've been through this one before and I've said there will be no redundancies before. Wishful thinking boys. No 10% pay decrease has been mentioned.
