I've listened to weather on NDBs before, granted it was in FAA-land, and it was AWOS or ASOS.
b) On available VHF frequencies VOR and NDB.
If we eliminated NDB as an option (as NDB not VHF but HF)
I guess it's a matter of semantics, but the way i would read the first line, it does not say NDB is on a VHF frequency.
