The only reason why TRSS exists is that there are enough people stupid enough to sign up for it. The only advantage of TRSS is that it enables easyJet to pay its pilots less. THERE IS NOTHING IN IT FOR YOU.
Do not lower yourself your standards to take a TRSS position. Have some pride and self-respect. There are other jobs out there which will come your way which will pay a respectable salary and, in all honesty, with better employers.
