SFO or FO...
Well, I am wondering about this SFO and FO ranking.
As I assume, I will be hired for ezy as a FO, though I have more than 3000hrs and have had a command before but not on hvy a/c. But there is pilots with 1000hrs who gets a SFO ranking.
I don't really understand this. And this TRSS thing as well... It's a big difference as well regarding the payment.
Will there be any changes in the future?
