Obviously I agree with Genghis about Prescott and Skyschool. Actually I fly with
Northaire who have an extensive fleet also at Prescott and have looked after me very well over the years.
Not sure about the 'huge air force base'. Presumably not
Nellis which is very much on the Chart. Perhaps you mean Groom Lake but you'd struggle to notice that without entering the restricted airspace.
