jav, we haven't lost DIKAS, it's still there.
S'all gone a bit Pete Tong for the Severn CTA, won't be functioning till at least 11th May, so we'll have a right pig's ear of old and new procedures for a while. We might end up whispering sweet nothings to S23 a bit more than usual during the next few months.
