I don't have a problem with responsibility and that is exactly why I do the job I do. In fact, unlike some I have worked for in the past, I actually want to give the best to the guys (and girls). However, It would be helpful if I was made fully aware of what I was liable for and have the correct training to deal with it; courses on HSE, Amport Hse etc are like Rocking Horse S
