I have not seen the LH to SH contract for crew transfering over in Perth but I have been told by a Perth crew member it contains the stadard clause which states something along with the lines of from time to time you may be required to undertake duties for any associated entity or company as directed by Qantas. Or something like that. That clause is also inlcluded in my contract and I joined the company well before all this transmission of business, Jetstar, IR etc etc. So this clause is nothing new.
