It had already been mentioned earlier that the flaps are not in a takeoff setting, furthermore, if you look carefully at the rear of all engines you will not see any airflow "swirl" that is commensurate with maximum takeoff thrust as would be dramatically apparent during rotation at full-power. The airplane obviously appears to be at idle thrust during a landing flare...
