Yes guys i totally agree. i once had an exprience with a pax who took a collegue's bag confindently.and when my collegue told the pax that that was not her bag she apologised and dropped the bag and left without any bag.
it got me wondering didnt the pax remember dat she didnt come onboard with any bag
