Very simple answer.
Unfortunately in all over the world there are many opeartors that dont run operations for the "Love" of aviation, it means that some of them they prefer their profits immediately and then run ,rather then in 5 years and also have the appretation of all the aviation comunity.
The point is that many operarts "open"and "bancarupcy"their business any time they want not caring at all what there is behind.Closed one after a while they open another one and some times even with governement help.It is the story of the"Touch and Go".
